Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
We source our products from a number of high quality distribution partners (many who are located overseas) and orders are shipped directly from them to you. This means shipping times can vary. We do this because we would rather you be able to put your hard earned money toward products you love instead of annoying shipping fees. Therefore delivery times can take approximately 1 to 4 weeks to reach you after your order has been processed, depending on where you're located in the world. How do I track my order?
Depending on your country, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with tracking information once your product dispatches from our fulfillment warehouse. You can also track your order using our order tracking page here.
My order never came. What should I do?
If you've been waiting for over four weeks since receiving the Order Confirmation with tracking details and have not haven't received your item(s), please send an email to our Customer Support Team at email@example.com and we'll investigate to get you taken care of.
Who pays for applicable Customs Duties and VAT?
The cost of individual Customs Duties / VAT for orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you process exchange requests?
Unfortunately, no we do not. Due to having relationships with multiple distributors, processing exchanges would be too difficult to manage for our humble team. We do however accept returns for a store credit only in certain instances. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
My product was damaged in transit. Can I get a replacement?
Yes! If your product was damaged, contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product (the Delivery Date). Please include all requested details and a picture of the damaged product, and we will go ahead and ship another out to you (so long as we have that item in stock). For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.
I'm unhappy with my product, can I get a refund?
If you've received one of our products, and are unsatisfied, you may return the item(s) for a store credit only in certain instances. You must follow the return process outlined in our Return Policy. You are responsible for all shipping and related costs to return an item(s) to us. Please make your purchase carefully as we do not provide cash refunds, or cover the cost of return shipping unless an item is deemed faulty/defective.
How long do refunds take to show up in my bank statements?
It normally takes about 7-14 business days from the time you get the refund confirmation email, for funds to be credited back to the account you paid with. This largely depends on the processing times of the applicable bank or payment institution. Please note that refunds can only be made to the payment method or credit card used for the original purchase.
How do I get featured on the @SpiritedNomadActive Instagram page?
You must tag us in a high-quality photo of you wearing our product and using the hashtag #GetMovingInSpiritedNomad. We get a lot of submissions and generally only post once per day, so we can only choose so many. Follow these guidelines for the best chance at being featured:
- Take the photo outside on the move in your Spirited Nomad gear
- Avoid filters such as dog ears
- Have another person take the photo
- Refer to other photos we post and try to replicate their style
How do I become a Spirited Nomad Active Ambassador?
We recruit ambassadors on a rolling basis. We look to partner with customers who have purchased our products and are raving fans. Our ambassadors generally first start working with us via our Affiliate Program. If you are enthusiastic about a potential opportunity to become a Spirited Nomad Ambassador, a great place to start if you have bought one of our products, is to take a pic and tag @spiritednomadactive and use the hashtag #GetMovingInSpiritedNomad and we may reach out to you!
