Shipping & Delivery

 The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

(1) Processing Time

Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to one of our fulfillment centers for dispatch within 1-7 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next business day. If your order is placed after 8am ET on a business day, it will be dispatched the following business day. Please note, delays may occur during promotional periods. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an Order Confirmation with shipment tracking information.

Please note that if you purchase multiple items, your order may be processed in 2 or more shipments for a faster Delivery Time. In this case, you will receive an Order Confirmation with tracking information for each shipment.

(2) Delivery Time 

This refers to transit or traveling time it takes for items to reach the destination once dispatched from one of our fulfillment centers. We are not responsible for any delays by shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.

We work directly with international suppliers and factories. International shipping requires customs clearance on both countries. Our products are shipped in bulk from these international locations and once in the US, they are passed to USPS right away for sorting, processing and shipping.

To be transparent, below is a breakdown of what you can expect for the locations we ship to.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the specified time period, please contact us at support@spiritednomadactive.com and we can look into your order for you. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the courier company.

Taxes & Duties

Please note that product costs and delivery fees do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the release of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website. 

Shipments failed to be claimed or are rejected by the customer  for any reason will be returned to SPIRITED NOMAD ACTIVE. A $35.00 USD Return Fee will be charged and any applicable remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a Store Credit.

Changes To Orders 

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. We are not able to combine orders or change items on an order. This also includes pre-order styles.

Please ensure your Details and Shipping Address are correct as we will not be responsible for amending any errors. If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, we will charge a $10.00 USD Return Fee and issue a store credit for the remaining amount. It is your responsibility to contact the courier to redirect your order to the correct address. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered to the incorrect address you provided.

Authority To Leave

Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is open during business hours to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Where a delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the parcel, your parcel will be left in a secure location. Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.

Non-Delivery

Please note, estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or where parcels are held by customs officials. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated by the courier and you have not been in contact with the Courier regarding your delivery, please email us at support@spiritednomadactive.com and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.

Shipping Delays - Sale & Promotional Periods

Due to the large number of orders received during sales and promotional periods, please allow an additional 10 business days for dispatch of your order during these times. Where promotions are run on public holidays, your order will be processed within 1-14 business days of the first business day after the public holiday.
